Before submitting a notice

Confirm that you own the copyrighted work or are authorized to act for its owner, and consider whether the disputed use may be authorized by a license or permitted by law. Misrepresentations in a notice may result in liability.

Identify the specific Apex Visuals page—not only the homepage—so the material can be located accurately.

Copyright takedown notice

Send a written notice to hello@apexvisualsofficial.com with all of the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works.
• The exact Apex Visuals URL and enough detail to identify the material you want removed.
• Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Review and response

We may request missing details, remove or restrict access to material, notify the affected contributor or rights holder, and preserve records needed to review the claim. Incomplete or unclear notices may delay action.

Submitting a notice does not guarantee removal when the request is invalid, concerns a different legal right, or lacks the information required by applicable law.

Counter-notification

If material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, the affected party may send a counter-notification containing a physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.

The counter-notification must also provide the sender's name, address, and telephone number; consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal district court; and agreement to accept service of process from the original claimant or the claimant's agent. We may forward a valid counter-notification to the original claimant and restore material when legally permitted.

Other rights concerns

For trademark, privacy, publicity, or other non-copyright concerns, use the Contact page and identify the page, the right involved, and your relationship to that right. Please do not label a non-copyright complaint as a DMCA notice.

Apex Visuals may address repeat infringement and abusive notices in a manner appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law.
