This policy explains what information Apex Visuals handles, why it is handled, and the choices available to you when you browse or contact us.

You can browse and download public wallpapers without creating an account. If you email Apex Visuals or use the contact form, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, subject, message, and any wallpaper title or page URL you include.
Our hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information—including IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, timestamps, and security events—to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose reliability issues.
How information is used
We use information to operate and secure Apex Visuals, deliver wallpaper pages and downloads, respond to support or rights inquiries, understand technical performance, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information or use contact messages to build advertising profiles.
Cookies and analytics
Apex Visuals does not currently use advertising cookies or a public behavioral-advertising system. Essential cookies or similar technologies may be used for security and restricted owner-only Studio authentication. Hosting infrastructure may produce aggregate operational measurements and server logs.
If public analytics or additional cookie-based features are introduced, this policy and any legally required consent controls will be updated before those tools are used.
Service providers and retention
Technical information may be processed by providers that host, secure, store, or deliver the site. Contact-form submissions are processed by Resend, our email-delivery provider, solely to deliver the message to Apex Visuals. Apex Visuals does not copy contact-form messages into its wallpaper database.
Resend states that it retains email data for 30 days on standard plans. Its privacy policy also permits retention as needed for legal obligations, disputes, and enforcement. We retain correspondence and operational records only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Your choices and rights
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information you have provided, subject to legal and security exceptions. You can also limit nonessential browser storage through your browser settings, although blocking essential security features may affect restricted areas.
Privacy rights vary by location. We will review verified requests under the laws that apply to you.
Children, changes, and contact
Apex Visuals is a general-audience wallpaper platform and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
