Simple terms for
using Apex Visuals.
These terms govern access to Apex Visuals and the use of wallpapers, downloads, and other content made available through the platform.

By accessing or using Apex Visuals, you agree to these Terms of Use and the applicable Wallpaper License. If you do not agree, do not use the site or download its content.
You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you use the site for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
Site access and downloads
Apex Visuals provides browsing, preview, and download access to wallpaper artwork. Availability, categories, features, file formats, and individual wallpapers may change. A download does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights.
Your use of every wallpaper is subject to the Wallpaper License in effect when you download it. You are responsible for confirming that your intended use is permitted.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, probe private routes, introduce malicious code, overload infrastructure, scrape the service in a manner that harms availability, misrepresent your affiliation with Apex Visuals, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Do not remove rights notices, impersonate another person, or use automated systems to build a competing wallpaper library from Apex Visuals content.
Intellectual property
The site design, branding, text, organization, software, and wallpaper content are owned by Apex Visuals or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
Except for the limited personal-use permission in the Wallpaper License, no rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
Availability and disclaimers
Apex Visuals is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may suspend access, remove content, or change features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, rights protection, or service improvements.
Liability and responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Visuals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You are responsible for your use of the service and for violations caused by your conduct. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Apex Visuals operator, without overriding consumer protections that apply in your location.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the platform changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
