Personal-use permission

Subject to this license, Apex Visuals grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download an available wallpaper and display it on devices you personally own or control.

You may crop, position, or resize a wallpaper only as needed to fit your personal device screen. The artwork itself remains owned by Apex Visuals or its respective rights holder.

What you may do

• Use a wallpaper on your personal phone, tablet, computer, or other personal display.
• Keep a personal backup of the downloaded file.
• Share the link to the wallpaper's page so others can download it directly from Apex Visuals.

What you may not do

• Redistribute, upload, mirror, sublicense, sell, rent, or give away the wallpaper file or a collection containing it.
• Use a wallpaper in merchandise, advertising, client work, products, templates, apps, themes, print-on-demand goods, NFTs, or other commercial material without written permission.
• Claim authorship, remove rights information, register the artwork as a trademark, or present it as your own.
• Use the files to train or evaluate an artificial-intelligence model or to build a competing image or wallpaper dataset.

Third-party subjects and marks

Some wallpapers may depict names, teams, products, vehicles, footwear, artists, characters, logos, or other subjects associated with third parties. Those parties retain their respective rights.

The personal-use wallpaper license does not grant permission to use third-party trademarks, publicity rights, copyrighted material, or other protected elements for a separate commercial purpose.

Permission for other uses

Any use not expressly permitted requires prior written authorization. To ask about editorial, promotional, commercial, or other licensing, email hello@apexvisualsofficial.com with the wallpaper URL and a clear description of the proposed use.

Permission for one wallpaper or project does not apply to another unless the written authorization says so.

Termination and rights concerns

This license ends automatically if you breach its terms. When it ends, you must stop the unauthorized use and remove copies involved in that use. Apex Visuals may also withdraw a wallpaper or permission when required to protect rights or comply with law.
